Appeal a ban
If you think a ban was a mistake, or you accept you broke the rules and want another chance, you can appeal it here. Staff review every appeal, and the decision shows on this page.
Two kinds of appeal
Choose the one that fits when you fill in the form.
I was punished by mistake
For a ban you believe was wrong, for example you didn't break the rules or it was meant for someone else.
If your appeal is upheld, the ban is removed completely, and we may make up for in-game events you missed.
I broke the rules
For a ban you accept you earned, where you want to own up and ask for another chance.
If your appeal is approved, the ban is either removed or reduced.

Email us with everything the form asks for: your SteamID64, the kind of appeal, what you were banned from and roughly when, who banned you and the reason given, your appeal, any evidence and how to reach you.
