Found something broken on the game server, this website or the Discord? Tell the admins here. You can follow what happens to it on this page.

Before you report

Check the server status first: if the server or a service is down, admins already know.

  1. One bug per report

    Several problems in one report are easy to lose track of. Send each one on its own, with its own summary.

  2. Steps to make it happen

    Say exactly what you did before it went wrong. A bug admins can make happen themselves is a bug they can fix.

  3. Found an exploit?

    Report it here and keep it to yourself. Reporting a bug is never punished, but using one for an advantage is.

Missing textures or ERROR models? Type /content in chat in game first. The help page has more fixes for common problems.
