Before you get in touch

Put these in your ticket or email and staff can sort things out much faster.

  1. Who you are

    Include your SteamID64 so staff can find your account.

    Sign in to see yours

  2. What happened

    Say what happened and roughly when, and who else was involved, if anyone.

  3. Any evidence

    Screenshots or clips help a lot. Upload them somewhere like YouTube or Imgur and include the link.

Staff will never ask for your password, Steam Guard codes or payment details. If anyone does, don't share them and let us know.
